My Niche Initiative for Positive Connections, Leadership, & Growth!

I really like being around people and helping them succeed. I enjoy cheering them on and making them feel good so they can do their best.

I find joy in building connections with people, relishing the chance to authentically lift them up. My enthusiasm centers around celebrating and supporting others, promoting their development and well-being.

I stand against bullying, harmful criticism, and a lack of emotional intelligence. Recently, I tried to broadcast these values to a wider audience. Unfortunately, my search for communities with similar beliefs on LinkedIn was unsuccessful. I discovered other similar groups promoting EQ and leadership. But I found no group dedicated to humanity and a human-centered approach to both life and leadership, in a holistic manner. Driven to address this gap, I decided to take the lead and establish one myself.

I invite members of my ‘Medium’ community to join our group and share their perspectives on embracing a people-first philosophy in both life and leadership. Whether it’s admiration for human values, insights on soft skills in professional or personal relationships, motivation techniques, or people-centric leadership, all perspectives are welcome.
