Mindset, Vision, and People: The Core of Transformation Success
Do you know what’s the primary reason for failures of many Transformations?

5. Bring agility in decision making- Build Fast & Flexible decision processes.
6. Necessitate organization structure of transformation- especially cross-functional RRTs and designing collaboration teams.
